Actel was founded in 1998 in Beirut - Lebanon and then expanded to 4 other branches in the Arab world: Egypt, KSA and UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai).

We are directly connected to 26 operators in the MENA region covering the countries below: Lebanon (Headquarters) - Syria - Jordan - Egypt - KSA - Iraq - UAE - Bahrain - Yemen - Palestine and Qatar as well as a connection to Thuraya International voice network.

Special agreements with third parties are held to cover other territories mainly: Kuwait, Morocco, Oman and Sudan.
